At Goldman Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kraków. This role is ideal for enthusiastic and communicative individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls.
  • Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
  • Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
  • Develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects, contributing beyond the scope of regular duties.

Requirements:

  • Communicative English (minimum B2).
  • Proficiency in Czech at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory.
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages at a fluent level (C1): German, Bulgarian, or Croatian - mandatory.
  • Enthusiastic and communicative approach.
