Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Analyst to join our team at Grafton Recruitment Sp. z o.o.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our clients in the area of treasury management. This includes cash management, banking activities, and external liaison with global banking partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Manage and administer cash flows, including forecasting and analyzing banking fees and costs.
  • Banking Activities: Perform external treasury liaison with global banking partners, manage multiple banking systems, and analyze banking fees and costs.
  • Support Treasury Manager: Provide backup support to the Treasury Manager in various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Cash Forecast and Investment Strategy: Support the development of cash forecast and investment strategy.
  • Global Currency Exposures: Identify, aggregate, analyze, and report global currency exposures.
  • Intercompany Loans: Administer and manage multiple intercompany loans, including schedules, interest, cash flows, limits, controls, and ensure treasury controls are followed and adjusted as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial Field or Business Administration: A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is required.
  • Treasury Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in treasury management is necessary.
  • Fluent English Knowledge: Fluency in English is a must.
  • Cash Management and Banking Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of cash management and the banking industry is essential.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis Experience: Experience in financial planning and analysis is desired.
  • Prioritization and Multi-tasking: Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Teamwork and Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
  • MS Office Package Knowledge: Very good knowledge of MS Office package is necessary.
