Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Training Lead to join our team at ArcelorMittal. As a key member of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our customers and staff on our MES products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze training demand and requirements from customers and stakeholders, working closely with project teams to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Organize and plan training activities and resources for each project and customer, defining training strategy, curriculum, schedule, and quality criteria.
  • Execute and deliver training sessions and materials for each project and customer, designing and developing engaging, interactive, and user-friendly training content.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their functions, such as quality management, material tracking, production planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions for various audiences, such as end-users, administrators, or developers, on the features and functionalities of PSI Metals solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about learning and teaching new technologies and skills, with the ability to design and develop engaging and effective training programs and materials.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Oracle/PL-SQL, Java, SQL, Unix, and web technologies on-prem or in cloud environments.
  • Fluent in English, optionally in a second language like French, and German or alternative European languages.
