Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

This position is a vital part of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that internal employees have access to reliable support during business hours and on call outside of those hours.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Lisner. As the primary point of contact for internal requests and faults, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Process incidents in our ticketing system, adhering to agreed response and processing times.
  • Communication: Send email notifications to defined distribution groups in case of major disturbances or IT maintenance work.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Participate in workshops with IT specialists to stay up-to-date on current IT topics and contribute to knowledge document creation.
  • Meetings and Collaboration: Attend regular meetings, such as OnCall Meetings and CAB Meetings, as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Languages: Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and Polish.
  • Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows 11.
  • Software Experience: Experience working with SAP and familiarity with Windows administration tools and MS Office 365 Package.
  • General IT Knowledge: Understanding of general IT network concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, conceptual skills, empathy, and flexibility.
