Customer Service Representative with Language Skills

About this Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with a strong background in customer-facing communication to join our team at Goldman Recruitment. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company initiatives
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
- Proficiency in at least one additional European language at a fluent level (C1)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
