Are you passionate about creating engaging digital content that drives brand love and word-of-mouth online? We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team in Poland.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms, driving Red Bull's brand presence and engagement in the Polish market.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a publishing calendar for assigned social media channels in Poland, leveraging analytics and data insights to optimize performance.
  • Develop and produce high-quality, social-first content concepts that resonate with local audiences, working closely with internal and external content producers and editors.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to build business plans, developing strategies that align with Red Bull's wider marketing mix.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest online trends and consumer behavior, adapting content to ensure maximum impact.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and partners to drive content creation and community engagement.
  • Analyze performance data, using insights to inform content decisions and improve overall social media performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to develop innovative content concepts.
  • Proven track record of success in social media content creation and community management.
  • Fluent English language skills (B2), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for the Red Bull brand, its values, and mission.
