Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Data Analyst to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a Senior Manufacturing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programmes, and policies in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project/process management
  • Coaching and evaluating the performance of lower-level professionals
  • Solving complex problems
  • Creating system architecture involving Machine Learning technologies
  • End-to-end system design

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery in Consulting, ISV, Cloud, Manufacturing, Pharma Industries
  • Exposure to an international environment, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end system design
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) architectures and ecosystem
  • Basic understanding of Industrial IoT concepts
  • Understanding Machine-Learning key practices (Features Extraction, Model Inferencing, Data Discovery)
  • Hands-on experience in creating system architecture involving Machine Learning technologies
  • Basic hands-on experience with creating architecture for GenAI use cases based on AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Copilot
  • Understanding Enterprise Integration practices (SOA, Microservices, ESB, ETL/ELT, Service Mesh, API)
  • Hands-on experience with integration standards SOAP, REST, WS*, JWT, AMQP, MQTT, and FTP
  • Hands-on experience with AWS platform (Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Security, AWS Lambda, AWS EKS, AWS IoT Greengrass, AWS AppSync, etc.) or equivalent services in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
  • Fluent English (min C1)
