About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Opera team in Wroclaw, Poland.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives on diving deep into data analysis and has a strong grasp of digital advertising or e-commerce markets.


As a Business Analyst at Opera Software, you will be responsible for:



  • Monitoring daily revenue to ensure alignment with business unit targets;
  • Developing revenue forecasting models for reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, annually);
  • Analyzing revenue from key partners and promptly addressing any anomalies;
  • Conducting business analysis specific to competitor markets;
  • Evaluating current procedures and proposing improvements as needed;
  • Reviewing and analyzing performance tests conducted with key partners.

Key Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional team environments, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or finance sectors, collaborating with sales, business development, or marketing teams;
  • Understanding of unit economics;
  • Proficiency in advanced features of Google Spreadsheets or MS Excel (e.g., pivots, lookups, macros);
  • Strong knowledge of SQL;
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using preprocessed data;
  • Familiarity with AB testing methodologies;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player mindset;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically;
  • Fluent in English.

Salary:


The estimated salary for this position is around 80,000 - 100,000 PLN per year, depending on your level of experience.
