At Vestas, we are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer to join our team in supporting the installation and servicing of SCADA systems for medium and large-sized wind power plants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading network-related tasks in cross-functional projects, configuring and commissioning network communication for Vestas SCADA solutions, and providing remote support and network-related troubleshooting in cooperation with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead network-related tasks in cross-functional projects
  • Configure and commission network communication for Vestas SCADA solutions
  • Provide remote support and network-related troubleshooting
  • Ensure knowledge sharing, optimizing, and improving our product solutions

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical education in an engineering field, telecommunications, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
  • Experience with leading networking vendors' hardware and software, such as Cisco and Microsoft
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools, such as Nagios
