We're seeking talented individuals to join our Cyber, Engineering, and Data graduate programmes, where you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that impact our global network and contribute to the bank's goal of delivering innovative, secure, and seamless banking experiences globally.

What You'll Do

  • In our Cyber team, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding the security of our global network, applications, and infrastructure, tackling evolving cyber threats head-on.
  • Our Engineering team leads the bank's digital transformation, maintaining and optimising our technological infrastructure to drive continued innovation and enhance internal systems and customer services.
  • The Data team transforms vast amounts of information into meaningful insights, enabling us to better understand our customers and design innovative digital banking services tailored to their needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You must be intellectually curious and eager to learn about new technologies.
  • A strong analytical thinker with a solid base of tech skills is essential.
  • Natural collaboration skills, clear communication, and resilience are key qualities for success.
