We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Management Team at Raiffeisen Tech. This individual will be responsible for conducting end-user testing of our APEX Platform (Databricks), documenting changes, and preparing blueprints for end users. Additionally, they will support onboarding new users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth testing of the APEX Platform to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Accurately document all changes and updates to the platform.
  • Develop comprehensive blueprints and guides for end users.
  • Provide expert onboarding and training for new users.
  • Collaborate with the Service Management Team to continuously enhance user experience.
  • Liaise closely with Senior Testing Engineer and DevOps Team to resolve issues efficiently.
Core Competencies:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in application testing.
  • Extensive expertise in Databricks or other cloud-based platforms.
  • Exceptional documentation skills.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
