We are Lexmotion Law Firm, a dynamic team dedicated to helping individuals from around the world claim their EU Polish citizenship based on their Polish roots.

Our mission is to simplify and humanize the legal journey for our clients, providing them with access to all EU rights.

We seek a highly skilled Service Delivery & Customer Care Specialist to join our team and contribute to our daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the entire service cycle, ensuring smooth delivery to our international clients.
  • Planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring all necessary operations related to the EU/Polish citizenship procedure.
  • Preparing applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records.
  • Evaluating and analyzing foreign documents and other pertinent data.
  • Managing correspondence with clients and providing support to our Associates and Specialists.
  • Establishing stable and efficient cooperation with clerks and public institutions.
  • Mentoring team members on adopting a 'client-in-the-center' approach.

  • Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to both clients and within our Lexmotion business.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).

We estimate the annual salary to be around €25,000 - €35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
