About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Quality team and contribute to our mission of excellence in quality assurance. Your responsibility will be to work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will support the process of conducting quality assurance of products to ensure they meet company and international standards.
  • You will analyze and inspect internal or external customer complaints, identifying root causes and taking corrective actions.
  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, warehouse, and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • You will carry out your tasks with a strong customer focus and within the framework of defined business processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good technical knowledge, specifically in agricultural machinery.
  • Experience with quality measurement tools (e.g., calipers) is a strong plus.
  • A strong customer mindset and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical judgment skills and the ability to take ownership and initiative.
