Senior Revenue Growth Management Specialist

As a key member of our RGM & Channel team, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable and profitable growth for Kellanova. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing commercial strategies, managing performance, creating pricing plans, and conducting market analysis to support the growth of our categories and achieve business objectives.
Your role will be based in our Warsaw, Poland office on a hybrid working basis, as part of a four-member team reporting to our RGM & Channel HGM Lead. We are looking for someone with outstanding numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development - Develop brand, channel, and customer commercial strategies, along with revenue growth management plans for our leading categories.
- KPI Management - Manage portfolio performance against KPIs by customer, channel, and brand, building business cases to support the growth of our categories, Kellanova's sales, profit, and gross margin percentage.
- Pricing Strategy - Create industry-leading pricing, promotion, product pack size, and investment plans to grow the Kellanova business sustainably while driving category sales.
- Market Analysis - Analyze categories, competitor strategies, and consumer buying patterns to project demand and profitability for potential products, key product features and requirements, commercialization of the plan, and delivery of our business objectives.
