We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at HRK S.A. in Bydgoszcz. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the finance, accounting, and tax function in our entity/reporting unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the P&L and BS for the entity/reporting unit
  • Providing business support, including communication with main customers and suppliers, and group/divisional controlling
  • Performing and managing reporting processes, including group and statutory reporting
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Preparing and submitting financial statements
  • Managing the year-end closing process and audits
  • Managing tax compliance, including transfer pricing documentation and MDR reporting
  • Closing collaboration with internal and external tax advisors
  • Cooperation with the Shared Service Center
  • Team management, including employee development

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, with a focus on finance/accounting/controlling
  • Over 3 years of extensive experience in operational finance
  • Deep knowledge and skills in accounting and controlling
  • Hands-on approach in daily work, with the ability to manage tasks and perform them independently if required
  • Experience with SAP ERP system, especially the FI/CO module
  • Proficient in English and Polish
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, managing tasks with limited resources and time frames
