Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of data acquisition between Finance ARs and upstream SORs/ARs to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Provide expert evaluation, measurement, and assessment services to drive performance improvements.
  • Identify inconsistencies and formulate recommendations for policies and procedures.
  • Present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Report data quality defects through the data concern remediation management process.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Apply sound ethical judgment and maintain transparency in reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Up to two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data governance tools would be a plus.
  • Experience with SQL would be an advantage, but is not a must.
  • Understanding of database structures and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
