Job Title: Content Reviewer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Content Reviewer to join our team at Genpact. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of online content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by our clients
  • Analyze online content for compliance, including videos, social media, web pages, and advertising
  • Examine daily content in various formats, including text, images, audio, and video
  • Identify non-compliant content and flag it for action
  • Provide feedback on policies, tools, and processes for improvements
  • Gain a deep understanding of adjacent and cross-policies, not just limited to the assigned policy
  • Train team members on daily tasks as needed and requested by the manager
  • Perform tasks requested by the manager to meet KPIs and performance metrics
  • Contribute to a positive working environment in all internal and external interactions

Requirements:

  • Proficient level of Danish (min B2)
  • Very good level of English (min B2)
  • Previous experience in content moderation is an asset
  • High School Degree
