About the Role

The EU Marketing Strategy Lead will shape and deliver a scalable growth strategy for digital platforms and products across multiple markets. This role requires experience in owning relationships with senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment and shaping and leading delivery of a growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating the delivery of CRM marketing strategy for Verticals aimed at growing engagement and retention across Real Estate & Motors platforms, launching new CRM tools in cooperation with the MarTech team, and owning cross-functional relationships and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders.

As a thought leader, you will identify key development and improvement opportunities, build business cases for their implementation, and foster an ongoing testing culture. You will also develop blueprints and processes enabling a scaled approach to CRM Marketing at EU-level.

Requirements

  • More than 6 years of experience in marketing-specific CRM/engagement/retention/product marketing
  • Experience in owning relationships with senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience in shaping and leading delivery of a scalable growth strategy for digital platforms and/or products across multiple markets
  • Data-driven approach and ability to explain business impact through detailed analysis
  • Intrapreneurship, showing strong ownership and feeling comfortable building completely new solutions
  • Capability to work in matrix or other complex environments and ability to cope with a good degree of ambiguity
  • English fluency allowing you to express your thoughts smoothly and easily in an international environment
