We are seeking an experienced Transformation and Business Development Expert to join our team at AXA XL in Wrocław, Poland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business transformation and change within our organization. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and cost reduction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive consistency across the target operating model and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with the Poland Head of Managed Services to create and follow local strategies for standardization and continuous improvement. This will include identifying opportunities for process improvement, creating maturity maps of processes, and planning upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

In addition, you will support operational excellence and quality initiatives, maintaining a good working knowledge of projects being managed globally, regionally, and locally. You will also be involved in transitioning projects from project mode to 'business as usual,' including producing training materials, deploying transition plans, and delivering training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive consistency across the target operating model
  • Create and follow local strategies for standardization and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and create maturity maps of processes
  • Plan upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support operational excellence and quality initiatives
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of projects being managed globally, regionally, and locally
  • Transition projects from project mode to 'business as usual'
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (business, insurance, finance, economy, management)
  • Fluent English language skills (additional languages are an asset)
  • Proven experience in insurance business (an advantage)
  • Experience in shared service environments (an advantage)
  • Proven stakeholder management and transition process experience
  • Leadership experience running large teams providing services to different customers
  • Team building skills, with the ability to coach, develop, set expectations, evaluate, and hold people accountable for delivering results
  • Ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally, establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group
  • Experience working autonomously and driving initiatives to completion
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and growing organization where control environment is maturing and flexibility is required
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment
  • Excellent people skills, communicative, and open to new challenges
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, with attention to detail, and ability to dive into process details when needed
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other commonly used software
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
