Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent French-speaking client support specialist to join our trading services team. As a client support specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients across various communication channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing front-line support to clients via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
  • Answering client queries on our products and platforms.
  • Resolving trade queries and disputes.
  • Dealing and executing trades for clients over the phone after relevant training.
  • Providing technical support on our front-end platforms and chart packages.
  • Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks.
  • Participating in local and international projects or initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken).
  • Fluent competency in English (verbal and written).
  • Interest in investments, finances, or currency trading.
  • Experience in finances is desirable.
  • A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence in employing basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Literacy in MS Office.
  • Desirable: experience of working within a financial or banking environment, or experience of working in a client servicing team or sales.
