French Speaking Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a French speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers through inbound calls and messages in French
- Analyzing and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests, including products and invoices
- Making changes to the system to ensure seamless customer experience
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments as needed
- Upselling and promoting products to customers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French at C1 level or above
- English language skills at B1/B2 level as an asset
- Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
