Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a French speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Supporting customers through inbound calls and messages in French

  • Analyzing and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests, including products and invoices

  • Making changes to the system to ensure seamless customer experience

  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments as needed

  • Upselling and promoting products to customers



Requirements:





  • Proficiency in French at C1 level or above

  • English language skills at B1/B2 level as an asset

  • Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to work in a dynamic environment

  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
