Noble is seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the monthly payroll process, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulations related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and labor law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly payroll process, including data gathering, verification, and provision to the third-party payroll provider.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, data, and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governmental regulations.
  • Coordinate occupational medicine and issue medical examination referrals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee queries related to HR, compensation, and pay slips.
  • Check and manage sick leaves and maternity-related leaves in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and regulations, as well as facilitating communication.
  • Administer working time regulations, overtime calculations, and the time management tool, including administration, configuration, and user support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HR processing.
  • Strong understanding of regulations related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and labor law.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll systems, e.g., Workday, Calamari, or Symfonia, would be an advantage.
