Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team at GPC Global Technology Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in assigned business and technical domains, ensuring excellent understanding of business and system processes.
  • Design and develop reusable .Net and JavaScript/Angular code, ensuring seamless integration with APIs and databases.
  • Participate in user testing, incorporating feedback into design revisions to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to our design system, ensuring design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design delivery.
  • Stay current with the latest frontend trends and technologies, integrating new ideas as needed to innovate and maintain product competitiveness.
  • Optimize web applications for speed and performance, reducing page load times and HTTP requests.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing procedures for the frontend to catch regressions and issues early.
  • Guide and act as a resource to other engineers on the team.
Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in software development, with 5+ years leading technology teams.
  • 10+ years working in complex eCommerce organizations.
  • A proven track record of building technology development teams is a must.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones.
  • A broad understanding of IT principles, frameworks, and methodologies, including TOGAF, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, with Azure experience a must.
  • Proficient in DevOps practices.
  • Experience in Javascript and Angular frontend technologies, as well as .Net technologies.
