Posting Type Remote Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET and Azure to join our dynamic engineering team which owns the Review product. Review uses technology to deliver more efficient, consistent, and higher-quality document review in a flexible experience. Customers can find relevant information at scale with a thoughtfully integrated, state-of-the-art interface that identifies responsiveness and key issues, pinpoints impactful documents, and provides rich rationale on insights to ensure teams quickly, yet deeply, understand their data. Role Responsibilities Job Description and Requirements As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Relativity, you will build software projects for the Relativity platform. You will contribute and provide technical guidance to a software development team to ship high-quality, performant, secure software that operates on data at a massive scale. Your Role In Action Contribute to a Scrum team throughout all phases of a service lifecycle from conception through design, development, testing, deployment, and operation. Architect and design performant, scalable, and secure software with a high degree of quality, focusing on more than just meeting requirements. Apply object-oriented analysis (OOA), design (OOD), and programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID and design patterns, in languages like JavaScript and C#. Provide technical guidance to ship high-quality, secure software on a large scale. Participate in code reviews. Conduct comprehensive testing and static analysis, develop rigorous test strategies. Recommend and implement improvements in development processes. Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to mature CICD workflows. Use monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify and fix issues. Troubleshoot, fix defects, and address client-specific problems. Mentor team members through education and coaching. Participate in on-call support shifts for urgent issues after gaining experience. Required Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience in developing commercial-grade systems using C#. Experience with web development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue). Ability to develop cloud-scale solutions using Cloud Native Patterns (Azure preferred). Experience with cloud DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, LaunchDarkly). Experience working in an agile team, including mentoring and cross-group collaboration. Fluency in English.
