Overview

We are seeking an experienced
SAP PMO / Project Manager
to lead governance, planning, and delivery of SAP programs and related projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing ambiguity while ensuring smooth execution across testing, cutover, and change control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Governance

• Establish and maintain SAP project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Define and enforce lifecycle processes including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Track project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reports.

Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple SAP streams.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control effectively.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and SAP functional/technical teams.
• Conduct steering committee reviews and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Manage communications and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.

Financial & Resource Management

• Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financials.
• Support vendor management, procurement, and contract compliance.
• Oversee resource planning and capacity management across SAP projects.

Tools & Reporting

• Implement and manage PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow).
• Maintain accurate project documentation and generate executive dashboards.
• Ensure consistent and structured reporting across all workstreams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–15 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP environments.
• Certification in
  PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  preferred.
• Strong understanding of
  SAP modules
  (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
• Experience with
  SAP Activate methodology
  and
  Solution Manager
  is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and change control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
