We are on the lookout for an adept and forward-thinking Mid-Front-End Engineer proficient in React and TypeScript to bolster our team and spearhead our latest endeavors. In addition to your expertise in web development, we are particularly interested in someone who can help us bridge the 3D aspects of our company with efficient web development practices. Hiring process
  • HR Screening with Dagmara, CEO/Alex CTO - Once we receive your CV, we'll take a look and schedule a brief call. During this chat, you'll have the chance to learn more about our company and your potential role. It's also an opportunity for us to get to know you better and discuss your expectations. We aim to keep the conversation concrete yet informal and friendly. Expect the call to last around 15-30 minutes.
  • Technical interview with Alex (via video call) - This is where we dive into your technical knowledge and experience. We'll discuss case-study problems and work through a simple task together. Plan for this session to last approximately 60-90 minutes.
    Decision on hiring or feedback - Finally, we'll decide on whether to move forward with your hiring process or provide constructive feedback on areas that may need improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to code quality control through meticulous code reviews
  • Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from dissecting business requirements to addressing product concerns raised by stakeholders,
  • Conceptualize solutions, conduct functional testing, execute implementations, and oversee deployment of the final product,
  • Develop innovative user-facing features utilizing React
  • Construct reusable components and front-end libraries for future integration
  • Transform designs and wireframes into impeccably crafted code
Requirements:
  • Profound understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Hands-on experience with
  • Robust familiarity with professional software development best practices and standards
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Willingness to serve as a technological authority for clients
  • Proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative aptitude
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Enthusiasm for startups and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages
  • Familiarity with GSAP and experience in developing animation-heavy websites
  • Experience with react-three-fiber and 3D web development
