Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support property sales
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee content creation for websites, property listings, brochures, and social platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and execute effective lead-generation initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities
  • Organize and manage events and marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Manage marketing budget and analyze campaign performance and ROI 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • Proven experience (over 5 years) in marketing, preferably within real estate or property-related industries 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, brand management and campaign development 
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution 
  • Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills 
  • Creativity, openness and goal-oriented mindset 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment 
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
