We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and support hiring across Poland, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, driving high quality, full-cycle recruitment and shaping our talent strategy across the Secret Escapes and Travelist.

Operating in 10 countries across Europe, Secret Escapes continues to grow and establish itself as a world-class business, dedicated to giving our members the best range and value in luxury travel deals at low prices. Since 2014 we shape a group together with Poland's largest portal combining the functions of a booking service and an inspiring travel magazine.

We operate a hybrid working model where colleagues come into the office 2-3 days a week. We also offer flexible working with core hours between 10 am to 4 pm, and you have the freedom to schedule the remaining hours to suit your routine. The role and what you'll do…

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take end to end ownership of recruitment for your assigned business areas.. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, design innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a first class candidate experience while contributing to wider Employer Branding and People initiatives.

Things you'll be working on:

  • Own and execute full cycle recruitment for multiple business units, ensuring a tailored and efficient hiring process aligned with wider TA strategy.
  • Develop and refine direct sourcing strategies, using market insights, competitor mapping and talent intelligence to build strong pipelines.
  • Drive proactive talent attraction, managing advertising, platform strategy and outreach for critical roles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing guidance on profiles, market trends, compensation benchmarks and supporting workforce planning.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, delivering consistent communication, interview preparation and high touch engagement throughout the process.
  • Upskill and support Hiring Managers when necessary, ensuring effective interviews, consistent feedback and adherence to best practice selection methods.
  • Lead and contribute to key projects within Employer Branding, Hiring and Onboarding, helping us continuously elevate our talent acquisition approach.
  • Use recruitment data and analytics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness) to identify improvements and influence decision-making.

The team…

There are around 20 of us in our People Team across the Secret Escapes Group, with 11 working in Warsaw. We are an international bunch - you will get to work with People Team colleagues based in London, Warsaw, Berlin and Slovakia. We love having such a diverse team

You will bring…

  • Solid end to end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast paced or international environment.
  • Proven ability to source proactively using a range of tools, platforms and networks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to build trust with candidates, Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders alike.
  • A strong appreciation of business context and an ability to align hiring with organisational goals.
  • Experience delivering an outstanding candidate journey.
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously and shifting priorities.
