About The Role
The driving force behind our continuous success has always been our people and Kyriba's Sales Enablement team is seeking a key contributor to join a growing and experienced team that is focused on enabling and empowering sellers and partners globally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and producing sales enablement content playbooks, videos and presentations to support onboarding programs and a knowledge center for Kyriba sellers and our partner network. They will work closely with multiple teams to develop and deploy content that helps streamline the sales cycle for internal and external sellers.
Key Tasks
- Sales Training & Onboarding: Help create training materials (including Synthesia AI videos) to teach sales teams about products, solutions, and strategies.
- Maintain Content Libraries: Organize and update content in Highspot so sales teams can easily find and use the latest materials.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Work with sales enablement leaders to measure how content impacts sales, gather feedback, and improve resources.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest in sales enablement and content marketing to ensure our materials stay relevant and effective.
- Manage Sales and Partner Communication: Keep sellers and partners informed across various channels and formats.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with revenue, marketing, and product teams to spot content gaps and turn complex info into clear, engaging materials.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in content creation, sales enablement, marketing, or a similar role in treasury, FinTech or B2B software organization
- Understanding of the sales process, buyer personas, and sales strategies is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g. SalesLoft, Gong, Seismic, Highspot, Synthesia) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Able to thrive in an environment where change is constant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
- Ability to use spreadsheets and AI for data analytics and creative insights.
