The company Ensemble3 Sp. z o.o. is a newly established Center of Excellence in the field of nanophotonics, advanced materials and modern technologies based on crystal growth, located in Warsaw. The Center was established and operates in cooperation with partners from Poland and abroad as part of the Teaming for Excellence Program financed by the European Commission and the International Research Agendas Program financed by the Foundation for Polish Science. The center is working on the development of innovative material technologies and modern materials with unique electromagnetic properties that can be used in areas such as photonics, optoelectronics, telecommunications, solar energy conversion, medicine and aviation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person employed in this position will be responsible for the effective and substantive implementation of key projects - Teaming and MAB, i.e. project activities, planning, accounting and reporting processes.

Main tasks

• Participation in the process of project implementation
• Proactive activities related to the implementation of assumptions, tasks and stages of the project
• Project management in accordance with their scope, schedule and budget
• Planning, implementation of activities and managing the work of the project team in cooperation with the project coordinator
• Monitoring and control of design works, ensuring timely implementation of tasks
• Preparation of documentation necessary for the implementation of projects, including reports to the European Commission and FNP
• Ongoing cooperation (e-mail contact, teleconferences, away meetings) with units participating in the implementation of projects (Partners), including documentation consultation, coordination of activities, preparation, acquisition and processing of information
• Verification of compliance of activities with project financing agreements
• Opening new financing opportunities for the company and acquiring projects
• Initiating and participating in the preparation of new project applications
• Monitoring project indicators, archiving documentation confirming achievement of the indicators
• Preparation of reporting documents and other documents necessary in the course of project implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education (a doctorate in science is welcome: physics, chemistry, materials engineering and knowledge of photonics, optoelectronics)
• Experience in managing a project team - preferably experience in managing R&D projects financed by the European Commission
• Experience in the preparation and active implementation of projects financed from public funds and / or the European Commission
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Ability to use the MS OFFICE package, in particular MS EXCEL and MS PROJECT
• Highly developed communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Efficiency, creativity, availability, reliability and punctuality in carrying out tasks
• Ability to search, analyze and synthesize information
• Planning skills, very good work organization and time management skills

• Your data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process, pursuant to the provisions of labor law, in particular art. 221 and following of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item in accordance with Article c) of the GDPR).

• Data not required by law, provided by you in the documents sent, will be processed on the basis of consent for which their transfer will be treated (Article a) of the GDPR). In addition, your personal data may be processed for purposes related to future recruitment processes, on the basis of a separate consent expressed by you.

• Entities responsible for financing the project under which ENSEMBLE3 is created:

• under the International Research Agendas (IRA) program of the Foundation for Polish Science co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund,

• by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

• Your personal data will be kept for a period of 3 months. After this period, due to the requirements of the project co-financed by the entities listed in point 8, your personal data will be processed (only in the form of archiving) for a period of 10 years. If you consent to the processing of data for further recruitment purposes, the data will be processed for a period of 1 year. After this period, your applications are deleted and the candidates' personal data are not processed for any other purpose. We do not send the application back. We only contact selected people.

• You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as to rectify (correct) it. You also have the right to request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object to processing, but only if further processing is not necessary for the Administrator to fulfill the legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of your data carried out by the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ) and to the supervisory body, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. .
