About This Role:

The Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring is a pivotal role, fully dedicated to ensuring compliance across our Global Business Services (GBS) and Corporate Compliance teams. You will lead a team of Compliance Monitoring Analysts, overseeing their work and providing strategic direction in compliance monitoring and operational support. This position involves conducting compliance assessments, documenting results, and collaborating closely with Compliance Officers across various regions to ensure adherence to internal processes and industry standards. Your role will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our Compliance Program, as you report on findings, facilitate necessary follow-ups, and drive process standardization. By ensuring compliance with established guidelines, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our business operations and enhancing our commitment to ethical standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of 2-5 Compliance Monitoring Analysts/Experts.

  • Conduct compliance monitoring for business activities under the compliance scope.

  • Assess adherence to internal processes, SOPs, policies, and external industry guidelines.

  • Document results in the appropriate systems.

  • Network with Compliance Officers and Standards & Governance Officers to assess severity and facilitate follow-up.

  • Report results regularly and call for action when needed.

  • Analyze cross-functional processes and implement standard practices.

  • Ensure that standard operating procedures and work instructions are up-to-date.

  • Drive standardization of processes across geographical scopes.

  • Report and monitor KPIs and metrics for compliance monitoring activities.

  • Collaborate on specific duties related to the governance of the Compliance Program.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Legal or Business Excellence/Administration or similar education required.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in at least one other language.

  • Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in other business governance roles.

  • Strong understanding of business and market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Ability to adapt and pivot in response to changing business needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in conflict management.

  • Proven skill in motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Strong prioritization skills with minimal supervision required.
