VEAN TATTOO is one of the largest and fastest-growing tattoo networks in Europe. As we continue to expand and open new studios across multiple countries, we are strengthening our HR team and looking for a motivated
Junior HR Specialist
to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment of tattoo, piercing, and PMU artists
  • Conduct initial screenings and online interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate profiles in our CRM system
  • Support HR processes across multiple countries
  • Help with onboarding, documentation, and daily HR operations
  • Communicate with candidates, managers, and studio teams

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversational English
  • Knowledge of
    Russian and Ukrainian is highly desirable
  • Interest in HR and willingness to grow professionally
  • Ability to multitask and work with large amounts of information
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy
  • Previous HR experience is welcome but not required
