Poszukujemy IT Business Analityka, który dołączy do globalnego zespołu w branży finansowej. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę danych, procesów i wymagań biznesowych oraz za łączenie świata technologii z potrzebami biznesu.

Rola obejmuje współpracę z zespołami produktowymi, technologicznymi i systemowymi, a także przygotowywanie analiz, raportów i rekomendacji wspierających decyzje strategiczne. IT Business Analyst

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza i modelowanie procesów:
  • Identyfikacja i analiza danych z różnych źródeł (Onboarding, KYC, Products, Tax itp.).
  • Projektowanie i optymalizacja procesów biznesowych w oparciu o dane i potrzeby interesariuszy.
  • Mapowanie procesów, tworzenie dokumentacji wymagań i specyfikacji funkcjonalnych.
  • Wsparcie zespołów technicznych w przekładaniu wymagań biznesowych na rozwiązania IT.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności danych z politykami data governance, jakości i integralności danych.
  • Współpraca i komunikacja:
  • Bliska współpraca z Product Ownerami, zespołami inżynieryjnymi i systemowymi.
  • Wsparcie liderów biznesowych w podejmowaniu decyzji opartych na danych.
  • Przygotowywanie prezentacji i raportów dla interesariuszy biznesowych i technicznych.
  • Aktywny udział w spotkaniach projektowych w metodykach Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
  • Udoskonalanie procesów:
  • Identyfikacja możliwości automatyzacji i usprawnienia analiz.
  • Rekomendowanie zmian i optymalizacji w oparciu o dane i obserwacje.
  • Wsparcie rozwoju procesów analitycznych i metod zbierania wymagań.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w roli IT Business Analyst / Data Analyst / System Analyst.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami informatycznymi, integracjami oraz danymi (API, procesy ETL, bazy danych).
  • Umiejętność analizy złożonych procesów biznesowych i ich odwzorowania w systemach IT.
  • Znajomość metod analizy wymagań, mapowania procesów i przygotowywania dokumentacji funkcjonalnej.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w sektorze finansowym lub bankowym.
  • Znajomość narzędzi i frameworków: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Wiedza z zakresu data governance, jakości danych i modelowania danych.
  • Zrozumienie procesów regulacyjnych i compliance w branży finansowej.
