We are currently searching for:

Associate, Industrial & Logistics Agency

Location: Warsaw

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice to clients relating to real estate industrial/logistics
  • Proactively looks for and to target new mandates and revenue opportunities with new and existing clients by cold calling, networking
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients at a senior level, actively developing business opportunities
  • Establish and build strong networks and profile in local and national markets
  • Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)
  • Contribute to identifying and delivering cross-selling opportunities for other business lines

Skills & Expertise:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in real estate industry sector, appreciated in the industrial and/or logistics development field within a corporate environment
  • Proven experience to deliver excellent client service
  • Significant experience of leading own projects or being a lead contact point for projects
  • Business winning capability
  • Degree in real estate related field preferred
  • Proficient in English
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills, highly organized and able to work within a team
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience in business development and client relationship management
