Na czym polega ta praca?

  • Zarządzanie i konfiguracja techniczna systemu Procure to Pay (Coupa)
  • Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów w systemie ticketowym
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i kontakt z partnerami biznesowymi
  • Testowanie i wprowadzanie nowych rozwiązań systemowych
  • Wprowadzanie danych i księgowanie w systemie
  • Wprowadzanie usprawnień

Wymagania

  • Minimum 1,5 roku doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze księgowości, finansów lub IT
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne oraz zdolność do wyciągania trafnych wniosków na podstawie danych
  • Samodzielność w działaniu oraz umiejętność efektywnego zarządzania wieloma procesami jednocześnie
  • Doskonała organizacja pracy oraz proaktywne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów
  • Rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne oraz umiejętność klarownego prezentowania danych i wyników
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
