As an
OHS Specialist,
you will manage ensuring the well-being of our employees and maintaining the highest standards of safety in our work environments across Poland. We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Specialist who will help our OHS team grow.

Your responsibilities will include assessing health and safety situation, conducting employee training. You will support reporting, risk assessments, safety compliance and be responsible for responding safety support across organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of tasks resulting from the duties of the OHS service in accordance with the - Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the occupational health and safety service,
  • Inspections of working conditions and compliance with health and safety rules and regulations,
  • Conducting initial safety training ,
  • Participation in the process of hazard identification and occupational risk assessment at workstations,
  • Creating and giving opinions on health and safety documentation (instructions, procedures, regulations),
  • Participation in post-accident proceedings and documenting the causes and circumstances of accidents at work and near misses in accordance with the requirements of the law and internal procedures and standards,
  • Cooperation and communication with all departments to promote a safety culture and take corrective and preventive actions in OHS,
  • Cooperation with external entities,
  • Support for fire safety processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University or post-graduate education in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on Occupational Safety and Health Services,
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role,
  • Knowledge of legal matters related to OHS,
  • Good organization of work,
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team,
  • The ability to work in changing circumstances,
  • Comfortable using Polish as a working language.
  • Proficient in English at min. A2 level
  • Knowledge of fire protection (nice to have),
