YOUR MISSION

  • Develop and execute tailored change management for
    a regional SAP S/4 HANA rollout
  • Assess stakeholder readiness, identify barriers, and plan targeted interventions based on the ADKAR model
  • Lead end-to-end change activitie
    s: communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management throughout the SAP implementation project lifecycle
  • Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to align change management with solution design and deployment
  • Deliver workshops and training to build SAP knowledge and drive adoption from both a technical and process perspective
  • Track adoption metric
    s, monitor reinforcement, and adjust strategies to
    ensure sustainable change
  • Advise on business process changes driven by SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objective

YOUR EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Prove
    n track record in leading organizational change managemen
    t alongside SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation projects
  • Deep
    expertise in the ADKAR methodolo
    gy at both individual and organizational levels
  • Solid understanding of SAP-landsca
    pe (e.g. S/4 HANA, Ariba), related processes and their impact on business operations
  • Proven ability to combine process insight and technical understanding in change management planning
  • Ability to deliver effective training both remotely and on-site
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills an
    d communication in Poli
    sh – English or German would be a Plus
