Sii has more than 300 reports used by more than 3,500 people across the organization. Our team creates solutions for key decision makers - from CFOs to sales leaders. We are looking for an experienced Power BI consultant to support the development of the reporting area in Sii's Analytics and Reporting department. If you are a person who not only knows Power BI, but can understand the business context, ask the right questions and advise on how to make the best use of the data - you are the one we are looking for.

*Your tasks*

  • Creating and developing advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI - in collaboration with directors and business teams
  • Consulting on how to effectively analyze data, interpret indicators and maximize the use of available information
  • Designing and implementing KPIs for various business areas - from finance to HR
  • Training users and promoting data culture in the organization
  • Building knowledge of available reports and their practical application
  • Supporting teams in the development of modern data-driven reporting and budgeting processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing reporting solutions in Power BI
  • Very good knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into reports and KPIs
  • Experience in working with internal clients (welcome from different areas - finance, sales, HR, projects)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Independence, initiative, openness to cooperation with different departments in the organization
  • Fluency in Polish language required
  • Residence in Poland required
