Electrical Project Manager – Solar / BESS

You can be based anywhere in Poland but you will need travel to sites in Białystok and Elk on average twice a week – the rest of the week will be home based / remote

PLN 300,000 to 360,000 + Company Van + Bonus + Benefits + Industry Training

Are you a Project Manager or Technical Manager from a Solar or Battery storage background looking to play a key role in the success of an ever expanding, international organisation?

On offer is a unique role working for a company that have cutting edge technology where you will oversee Projects at early stages and beyond commissioning.

This forward-thinking company specialise in the development, construction and management of grid scale battery energy storage projects across the globe. They have thrived in recent times as the BESS market grows significantly, and as a result they are now looking to expand their team to facilitate future success.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in Project Management either within Electrical Engineering, Solar or a relevant construction background.

The Role:

  • Overseeing Solar/battery storage construction projects

  • Working on all phases of projects from starting phase and even after commissioning

  • On average 2/3 days a week on site in Białystok / Elk and 2/3 days a week working from or remotely

The Person:

  • Must have relevant experience as a Project Manager, Technical Manager or similar

  • Must have a relevant Electrical or Construction background – if you have experience in Solar or Battery Storage projects this would be a distinct advantage

  • Must speak fluent English and fluent Polish
