We are seeking a communicative individual who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients bridging the gap between their individual healthcare needs and solutions

Tasks:

  • Immerse yourself in Health advising, contributing to the success of top brands.
  • Be an effective communicator, bridging the gap between customer and our client, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Be the 1st point of contact to consult, assist, and support the customer needs.
  • Foster enduring relationships with customers, building trust.
  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests about pharmaceutical products, solving the emerging issues via telephone, mail, chat.

Requirements:

  • Main requirement: Medical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies: pharmacy, biotechnology, etc
  • Spanish + Portuguese + English Speaker
  • Effective organization and time management skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and skilled at multitasking, ready to take on new challenges.
  • Excited about your field of studies and willing to continue improving your knowledge in the medical working environment.
