They're now seeking to appoint an
Associate Director, Cluster Finance (Cluster CFO)
in a multi regional position to oversee financial operations.

This is a key strategic finance leadership role, responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and regional alignment within one of the company's fastest-growing clusters.

The position offers the opportunity to shape regional financial strategy, lead a high-performing finance team, and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's mission to improve patient outcomes globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the cluster's financial agenda, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across multiple markets.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to ensure rigorous financial discipline and results-driven execution.
  • Build and empower a high-performing finance team, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Safeguard financial integrity through robust compliance, reporting, and adherence to US GAAP and corporate standards.
  • Strengthen relationships with regulators, distributors, and external partners to drive operational excellence and commercial success.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • 5–8 years' leadership experience in finance, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven record of translating strategy into operational and financial success across complex, multi-market environments.
  • Skilled in financial planning, analysis, procurement, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain and shared services.
  • Experienced in leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance accuracy, insight, and efficiency.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
