The firm
is seeking a high-performing
Business Development Associate
to drive commercial growth across our Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and Private Equity recruitment practices. This role is ideal for a sales-oriented professional with
2–3 years of experience
who is passionate about the global financial markets and thrives in a relationship-driven, performance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients within Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and Private Equity.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including Partners, Managing Directors, and Talent Leads.
  • Conduct structured market mapping and targeted outreach to generate new mandates across global financial hubs.
  • Understand hiring needs across front-office functions and collaborate with internal delivery teams to execute engagements.
  • Track market movements, deal flow, and fundraising activity to proactively anticipate client requirements.
  • Represent the firm professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience
    , ideally within recruitment, financial services, or another B2B commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and/or Private Equity.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
