Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) with 5+ years in cybersecurity, security, and compliance platforms (SaaS/On-premise). The role involves bridging business, technical, and security teams to integrate CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) capabilities into enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Define and prioritize epics, features, and user stories for Agile sprints.
  • Maintain traceability between business needs, technical specifications, and deliverables.
  • Advise stakeholders on CNAPP capabilities and support requirement elicitation.
  • Conduct workshops and demos to validate and sign off on solutions.
  • Define acceptance criteria and oversee implementation alignment.
  • Map integrations and APIs between CNAPP components and internal systems (e.g., data lakes, reporting).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity/security compliance platforms (SaaS/On-prem).
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning, configuration baseline compliance, and inventory tools (CNAPP, APSM, CSPM, etc.).
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, with proficiency in writing user stories and technical specifications.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, CIS benchmarks).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Business Analysis) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Quick learner with a focus on quality delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

Infra Vulnerability Management – Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable IO/Nessus; Vulnerability Triaging, Remediation Advisory; ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB.
