We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in finance, gain hands-on experience with investment processes, and develop analytical skills in an international environment.

*Your tasks*

  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of transaction data under PRIIPS/MIFID II regulations, and assisting with quarterly transaction cost calculations
  • Contributing to the preparation of inputs for SFDR periodic disclosures
  • Assisting with managing relationships and agreements with local and regional investment research providers
  • Preparing reports, commentaries, and presentation materials for internal and client meetings
  • Supporting the development of investment processes using quantitative tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related quantitative field
  • Around 1 year of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role (internships included)
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills; familiarity with econometrics is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of Python will be a plus
  • Excellent command of English and Polish (spoken and written)
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ability to work independently
  • Fluent in Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
