Lead Data Engineer

Contract Initially till end of Dec 2026 | 5 days onsite in either Gdansk or Krakow

We currently are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join an exciting project with our consultancy client. You will play a pivotal role in integrating diverse data sources, building advanced data architectures, and enabling AI-driven investment intelligence through graph technologies.

What I'm looking for :

  • Strong proficiency in Snowflake and Airflow - essential, as this role requires hands-on ownership of key data workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of Graph Data Structures and GraphRAG, including practical experience with graph-based data modelling.
  • Solid background in Data Architecture and Data Design, with exposure to market data sources.
  • Experience working with AI-driven and AI-assisted architectures, including integration of AI capabilities into data pipelines.
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate, sharing expertise on Cypher, graph modelling, and RAG traversals with internal and client teams.
