ERP Project Manager

3Shape is embarking on a major ERP transformation program, and we are looking for experienced ERP Project Managers who will join our team in Poland (Szczecin), to lead and drive key functional or technical workstreams. This is a unique opportunity to enhance our operational capabilities through a modern ERP platform.

Your Role And Responsibilities
As a ERP Project Manager, you will:

• Coordinate and manage multiple functional and/or technical delivery tracks within 3Shape's ERP transformation program.
• Collaborate closely with junior/senior business stakeholders, IT teams, and external Implementation Partner to ensure effective delivery
• Align cross-functional teams around shared goals, manage milestones, and guide agile teams through all project phases.
• Track and communicate project advancements, while recognizing and addressing potential risks and issues early on.
• Encourage a culture of continuous enhancement in how projects are carried out and how stakeholders are engaged.
• Ensure clear definition and alignment of project objectives, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

You'll be part of a global ERP transformation program, collaborating program team as well as project manager peers inside and outside the program.

Experience Skills

• 1–3 years of project management experience, with a solid project management toolbox.
• Experience within ERP programs, such as driving Operations, Finance, or technical workstreams.
• Experience working with agile teams and methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for fruitful collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with business applications and SaaS platforms.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
