Who we are looking for

We're hiring a Senior Front-end Developer to build high-performing web applications with React 17+ and 13+. You'll shape user experiences millions can feel fast, accessible, and reliable partnering closely with designers, back-end engineers, and client developers. Expect ownership across architecture, implementation, testing, and performance, with a strong bias to clean code and measurable outcomes.

Required skills & experience:

• 5+ years as Front-end (or Full-stack) Developer with production React.

• Strong commercial experience with React 17+ and 13+ (app router, server components).

• Excellent TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS, RWD; accessibility fundamentals.

• Hands-on testing: Jest, Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress; CI integration of tests.

• Proficiency with browser devtools, performance profiling, and network optimization.

• Comfortable with both functional and OOP paradigms; solid engineering fundamentals.

• Effective in distributed, multicultural teams; English B2/C1+ for technical discussions with clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other FE frameworks or hybrid/mobile tech (React Native, Ionic, Flutter).

• (SSR/ISR, API routes, middleware, build tooling) and edge runtimes/CDN.

• Design systems, Storybook, tokens; strong WCAG practice.

• CI/CD pipelines, containerized dev, cloud hosting (Vercel/AWS/Azure/GCP); feature flags, analytics.

Your future role

• Design and build enterprise-grade front-ends with and TypeScript (app router, server components, RSC-friendly patterns).

• Plan & estimate with your squad; break down epics into incremental, testable work and deliver predictably.

• Implement features using modern patterns (hooks, server actions, streaming/ISR); integrate APIs and data layers.

• Own quality: unit tests (Jest/RTL), E2E (Playwright/Cypress), meaningful coverage, and robust PR reviews.

• Debug & optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/TBT), accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser reliability.

• Translate designs into responsive, pixel-accurate UI (HTML/CSS/SASS) using component libraries/design systems.

• Refactor safely, pay down tech debt, and improve build times and bundle size.

• Mentor teammates; collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Backend; support client dev teams where needed.
