Junior Corporate Actions Specialist

Location: Kraków Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old Join us as a Junior Corporate Actions Specialist Junior Corporate Actions Specialist will be responsible performing specialized operational securities processing activities in support of the firm's business lines. Specifics responsibilities include uploading any automated deals, creating daily reports and handling various queries. Some of your key responsibilities include: Scrubbing Announcements from Market Data Vendors, Company Information and Depositories and Agents Processing client instructions through manual entry into the Corporate Actions platform Processing of client account profile requests for Corporate Actions Manual entry of payments into the Corporate Actions platform Reconciliation of receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections Participating in client presentations or calls What we offer: To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance Private medical care Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
