Mamy dla Ciebie pracę, która polega na:

  • obsłudze zgłoszeń w ramach drugiej linii wsparcia,
  • wsparciu urządzeń mobilnych z systemami iOS oraz Android,
  • opracowywaniu paczek instalacyjnych dla oprogramowania i ich dystrybucji przy użyciu SCCM,
  • tworzeniu obrazów wzorcowych dla komputerów z systemem Windows,
  • wsparciu urządzeń z systemem Windows 11 oraz macOS,
  • wsparciu dla produktów M365,
  • samodzielnym diagnozowaniu oraz rozwiązywaniu incydentów,
  • rejestrowaniu zgłoszeń serwisowych,
  • rejestrowaniu w bazie wiedzy rozwiązań dla zaistniałych przypadków oraz tworzeniu instrukcji dla pierwszej linii wsparcia,
  • współpracy z innymi zespołami oraz dostawcami oprogramowania lub sprzętu komputerowego (eskalacja, wspólne rozwiązywanie incydentów).

Jeżeli jesteś osobą, która:

  • posiada wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowany profil informatyczny,
  • zna Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM),
  • zna Microsoft Intune (MDM),
  • ma doświadczenie zawodowe związane z pracą z Active Directory,
  • zna (mile widziane) Microsoft Entra,
  • ma doświadczenie w administrowaniu urządzeniami końcowymi (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android),
  • zna produkty i usługi z rodziny Microsoft 365,
  • zna PowerShell w kontekście automatyzacji zadań administracyjnych,
  • jest samodzielna i dobrze organizuje swoją pracę,
  • zna język angielski na poziomie średniozaawansowanym,
  • jest dokładna i punktualna,
  • skutecznie realizuje postawione cele,
  • potrafi aktywnie komunikować się,
  • cechuje się wysoką kulturą osobistą,
  • zna zasady ITIL.
