- Cold Calling & Outbound Sales: Skilled in high-volume cold calling with a consultative sales approach. Comfortable handling objections and driving meaningful conversations
- Sales Engagement & Automation: Proficient in tools like Salesloft, Outreach, and for automated sequencing, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Contact Enrichment & Data Research: Experienced in using tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, and SalesIQ to find and verify prospects' contact details
- CRM & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
- Location: Poland
- Languages: Fluent English is a must; Spanish or Portuguese as an asset
- Flexibility to serve hours aligned with US time zones (EST/PST)
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales preferred
- 1-3 years in a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative role within a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Ability to adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments
- Ability to join a young and fast-growing global organization with offices across EMEA, US and LATAM
